All Type Utilities, Inc is also a franchise owner of License and patents in the States of Louisiana and Texas for a state of the art culvert Cleaning Technology founded by Bob Harr of Harr Technologies. This Cleaning system is being utilized nationwide by local DOT, Railroads, City, County and Parish Governments.
